Materials: Fox fur, leather
Pouch dimensions: 4" x 4"
Necklace cord length (each): 17"
Description: Usually I make paw pouches from bigger paws, like wolf, but occasionally I decide that a little fox paw would be just as nice. This pouch is made from recycled leather from an old jacket, as well as a real red fox paw from another crafter's scraps. The paw lifts up to reveal the pouch's drawstrings, making this both an attractive and practical piece!
***Animal parts may NOT be shipped outside the U.S.; please do not ask me to make an exception for you.***
Price: $20

Materials: Leather, rabbit fur, yarn
Pouch dimensions: App. 10 1/2" x 7 1/2"
Cord length: 26"
Description: Love my work, but prefer secondhand materials? Here's a great option for you! This bag has been made from a vintage rabbit fur collar, fabric-reinforced, with leather from an old suede jacket to create the pouch itself. The handle is double-braided (six strands instead of three) secondhand yarn as well. The colors on this bag are absolutely stunning, too, and it has wonderful carrying capacity--a good purse, medicine/magic bag, and it's even big enough to hold most paperback books.
Price: $32

Materials: Leather, swift fox fur, yarn
Pouch dimensions: App. 12" x 5 1/2" (not including hind legs and tail)
Cord length: 36"
Description: Swift fox hides aren't so common as some, and tougher to get ahold of. However, I got this lovely swift fox hide from a private collection, and he wanted to be a pouch, so a pouch he became! The front panel is made from suede from an old jacket, and both the shoulder strap and the decorative tassels are made from braided secondhand yarn. Very, very, very soft fur, and a wonderful desert-themed color combination! An excellent bag for personal ritual items, or even carrying everyday things like keys and phone, with plenty of capacity to spare!
Price: $75

Materials: Bobcat tail, yarn, glass beads
Necklace length: 26"
Pendant length: 5 3/4"
Description: It's been a bit since I made one of these bobcat tail necklaces, and this particular tail jumped out at me for the project. The cord and dangles are secondhand yarn, and I added glass crow beads to complement the colors in the fur itself. A very lovely talisman for totemic and shamanic work!
Price: $16

Materials: Serval fur, serval claw, leather
Total length: One size fits most
Description: This lovely bracelet is made from real African serval fur, one of the few spotted wild cats which is CITES II instead of I and therefore legal to sell. I stitched a real serval claw--the whole thing, not just the outer sheath--in the center facing to the right, and added leather straps made from part of an old coat. At the time of listing I also have a serval hide choker as well. All of these are made from scraps from a private collection.

Materials: Red stag antler, whitetail deer antler, myrtle wood, cedar box, deerskin, metal charm
Knife length: 12" (straight across, not along curve)
Box dimensions: 8" x 5 1/2" x 1 5/8" (not including antlers)
Description: I started out with making this beautiful ritual knife out of a red stag antler tine and a myrtle wood blade, with a bit of dark brown deerskin around the hilt. The antler had too much curve for a sheath, but I wanted to have some way for it to not just be sitting on a shelf. So I took this secondhand cedar box, covered the lid with more deerskin, and decorated it with a slice of whitetail deer antler with a metal stag on it. To hold the knife, I attached two whitetail deer antler forks; they cradle the knife nicely.
The box does not have hinges; the lid simply rests on top of it. Use it to hold incense, small ritual tools, and other sacred items--this is basically a small altar or shrine! Dedicate it to Red Stag the totem, the Horned God, or for whatever your spiritual purposes are!
Price: $160 (layaway available)

Please note that the price includes my original, significant cost for the spear tip itself, as well as other materials costs. This is absolutely a OOAK piece!
Materials: Genuine 19th century hand-forged African iron spear tip, male springbok horn, acrylic paint, recycled leather, zebra hide, zebra hair
Knife length: 15"
Sheath length: 12"
Description: I was wandering through a local antique shop a while back when I saw this gorgeous old spear tip; not at all museum quality, but obviously well-worn and well-storied. The booth was held by a local archaeology student making extra money dealing in antiquities, and between the information he gave me, and further research, the best guess is that it's from the 19th century and either of Zulu or Maasai origin.
Well, when I saw it, I knew I had to make it into a ritual knife! So I went about collecting just the right materials for it. The handle is a male springbok horn with a gorgeous curve to it, which I painted with a series of white dots against the rough, dark brown surface. The hilt is covered in leather from an old coat, and the sheath is made of the same. The bottom of the sheath is lined with a piece of heavy tooling leather; while the blade is no longer perfectly sharp it still has enough of an edge and weight that it needed something durable but flexible to rest on.
I also decorated the sheath with two pieces of genuine zebra hide from a taxidermist's scraps. The smaller piece has a tassel of zebra hair that I made stitched to it. The sheath may be worn with two generously-sized leather belt loops.
This is not a knife for hunting or other practical use, though due to the quality of the blade I cannot sell this to anyone under 18. However, I have created this piece with the specific intent of ritual use. The spear tip very likely shed blood at some point in its life, and I wanted to rebirth it in a way that gave honor to its past while also offering it a more peaceable future. there is a grand tradition throughout cultures worldwide of repurposing weaponry, including broken weapons. I'm most familiar with medieval European weaponry--a broken longsword, for example, could be reforged into a short sword or large dagger. Surely others have done the same in other places and other times. So I am choosing to follow in this tradition.
