Jan. 27th, 2012 02:35 amLittle-bitty muffin-sized pies! I made whole wheat crust from scratch, and filled the pies with a mix of smoked salmon, cheddar cheese, and fresh spinach. Baked at 350 for 15 minutes, and broiled for a few after to brown, and they turned out to be one of the best things I've made! I served them with some fruit salad I threw together while the pies were baking.
