Soooo....today is a very important anniversary for the Green Wolf! A year ago, I got my first post-reopening sale on my Etsy store. I had had two sales from way back in 2008, but I'd only uploaded a few things and eventually let the shop go fallow. However, in December 2009 I resurrected it, and on January 13, 2010, I got my first new sales!

Since then, my total sales have come to 385 items--and I want to hit 400! So here's the deal: if I sell 15 more items (which will bring my total sales up to 400) by 11:59pm PST this Sunday, January 16, 2011, the people who order items 390, 395 and 400 will get a free gift. Etsy tallies sales by individual item, not individual order, so if my sales stats are sitting at 398, and you order two items, you'll have sales 399 and 400 (and a gift!).

What a pity my purchase of the wolf rattle doesn't count since I didn't do it on Etsy!

But I am still looking so forward to gifting my son with that upon his 33rd birthday!

It's okay--just means that I don't have to chop off a significant amount of the price to give to Etsy, and another chunk to Paypal :D

I wish I had your creativity...I bought a vintage dress just to get the sewn scarf with little mink tails...six of them. But over a year and I've yet to imagine what to do with them. Sheesh...
